about

Elijah Hazelwood is one of the UK’s most exciting young racing drivers, combining natural talent with maturity, consistency and ambition far beyond his years. What makes Elijah’s journey special is how quickly he has risen. He started karting at Buckmore Park aged just 8, and despite losing vital development time during COVID-19, he returned with determination and focus. In less than three years, he moved from rental karting to Club100 and now races as a front-runner in owner-driver championships across the UK. With multiple wins, podiums and standout performances across national championships, Elijah is chasing a future in single-seaters with the same focus and determination that’s taken him to the front of the grid in karting.

how does kartsim help to prepare for races?

Although I don’t own a KartSim Rig , I have full access to the software which has been key in my progress this year.

biggest achievement?

Elijah has already become the 2025 Junior Primo Champion in The Kart Championship, won the BMKR Inter Max Championship in his rookie season, and claimed the 2024 XKART Scholarship, one of the most competitive awards in junior British karting.

What got you into racing?

For me it’s Lando Norris and Lewis Hamilton. Lewis is the GOAT.. But also because of how well he did to get to F1 with limited financial support and the hard work his dad put in to support his dream. I also watched him win on my dads shoulders at Silverstone when I was 5 years old! Lando Norris is also a great driver and I like his personality and how honest he is with how he performs and feels.
