I don’t know where to find my SteamID64. What do I do? + −

Enable your Steam URL bar:Steam → Settings → Interface → “Display Steam URL address bar”.Then click your profile.The long number in the URL is your SteamID64.You can also use any online SteamID lookup tool if needed.

I bought the software but nothing is downloading. Where is my download link? + −

KartSim Pro and Esports install through Steam/rFactor 2, not from a direct download link.Here’s what happens after purchase:KartSim Esports:Downloads automatically into rFactor 2 as soon as your Steam account owns it.KartSim Pro:Install rFactor 2 (Steam).Send us your SteamID64.Once activated, the software automatically appears and downloads inside your Steam Workshop content.There is no ZIP file or manual installer.

Why does KartSim Esports install instantly but KartSim Pro requires a SteamID? + −

Esports is a public Steam item.KartSim Pro is protected licensed content and must be activated manually through your SteamID64.Different products, different protection.

The physics feel wrong or unrealistically strong. Is something broken? + −

Most of the time the wheelbase is running silly settings.Fix:• Reset FFB strength to recommended levels• Disable custom filters/damping in your wheelbase software• Use KartSim’s default control profile inside rFactor 2• Update your wheelbase firmwareKartSim physics are built from telemetry and dyno data — if it feels off, it’s usually calibration or FFB settings, not the software.

My screen goes black or freezes when loading a KartSim track. + −

Your GPU is struggling or overheating.Try this:• Lower graphics settings in rFactor 2 (shadows, post-processing, texture detail).• Make sure your GPU fans aren’t blocked.• Update GPU drivers.• Close all background programs.
