Shipping policy

Delivery time will be subject to shipping times to your location. All shipments are sent from our location in the UK.

Shipping Times
Items which are in stock, will be shipped within 2-3 business days of order.
Products which are 'made-to-order', such as KartSim Simulators are shipped within 7 business days of order.

Online booking items and software will be confirmed upon checkout, with any download links required sent to the email address you processed your order with.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are dependent on the size of your order, alongside your location.
An accurate cost of shipping will be displayed when you attempt to 'Checkout' your 'Cart'.

We utilise a range of courier services, selecting the best service based on your delivery address.

Locations & Tracking
Some locations may be subject to additional 'customs' charges - which you may be subject to cover.

Order tracking will be available once your order has left our warehouse and will be emailed to you at this point

We deliver to most countries globally - if we are unfortunately unable to deliver to your country, we will let you know at check-out.

Customs & Duties
Prices are inclusive of customs and duties for most countries

If your country isn't covered by our customs service, this will be flagged at check-out and you will need to pay customs and duty fees to release your order from customs
