ARE YOU ABLE TO INSTALL MY KARTSIM SIMULATOR / SOFTWARE?

We are able to install KartSim Simulators for customers upon request inside the UK. A member of our team will deliver the Simulator to your location and go through all the necessary setup of your new KartSim Simulator and Software. You can book your installation by contacting us via sales@kart-sim.com. Please consult our 'Support' page for further information.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once your order has been submitted and payment has been made, your order is in process. Once an order has been placed, we may be able to help if your order has not been dispatched, but there is no guarantee that orders will be redirected in time. Q: HOW DO I DOWNLOAD KARTSIM SOFTWARE?

Once you have purchased your KartSim Software, you will be sent an email to the address used to confirm your order with step by step pre-installation instructions for your software.KartSim runs on the rfactor2 platform so you will need to install this software and send us the Steam ID 64 number from you steam account to the email address stated on the email you receive. This number will be sent to rfactor2 for activation. Once activated the software will automatically download into your PC that has the steam account registered. Please consult our 'Support' page for further information.

this is impressive

Overall the kartsim software is very good. Only software that does lidar scanned tracks and up to level kart models. I do like it very much and use it all for time for training. But there are a few nigs here and there
1. Add more kart engines+chassis. Being able to customise between these would be excellent.
2. For the chassis, add different liveries and perhaps official ones if possible
3. Being able to drive with worn tyres from the start of the session. Could be helpful for us brokies that won't always be on new tyres 🤣
4. Have less grip going out the pits starting the session. I find myself having way too much grip even with a very ungrippy track. It's pretty unrealistic. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong
5. Perhaps sell tracks and maybe karts individually. Do something like iRacing where you pay £10-£15 for a individual track instead of spending a lot on a pack with many tracks that I don't really need.

This is all the complaints I can think of. Overall once again very positive and not bad by any means. The work put in this is impressive

It's an absolute must have tool for every racer!

Fantastic sim for the karting enthusiast! Recently purchased the Sim along with a Next Level karting seat for my 6 year old son to train on. He's absolutely hooked and thanks to the training Ive been able to help coach him from the seat and witnessed his lap times in a real kart drop by several seconds!

Absolutely brilliant software and graphics!

So pleased with the tracks on the Uk version! My kids are hooked! It also provides them with hours of practice before race day! It’s a bit complicated trying to download and set up but the help available is fantastic! Highly recommend

I’ll be honest—when my son went to KartSim a couple of years ago, the experience wasn’t one we wanted to remember. It impacted his confidence quite a bit.

BUT, after some encouragement, he recently gave it another try—and he had an AMAZING time!

Jack’s knowledge and coaching were fantastic yet again. He really understood my son’s hesitation about returning and, most importantly, acknowledged it. That went a long way in helping my son feel comfortable and supported. The Software has been upgraded since our last visit and was on a whole new level, with all the motion throughout the seat/set up.

KartSim Esports vs KartSim Pro – What’s the Difference?

KartSim Esports and KartSim Pro are both built on our advanced simulation platform, but they are designed for very different purposes.

KartSim Esports – Entry-Level Version
KartSim Esports is the basic version of our software. It includes limited content, simplified settings, and restricted setup options. This version is primarily used for select online esports competitions, where equal performance and simplicity are prioritised for competitive fairness and accessibility.

How do I download KartSim Software?

Once you’ve completed your purchase of KartSim software, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the address provided at checkout. This email will include step-by-step pre-installation instructions to help you get started.

KartSim Esports Software
The Esports version of KartSim will download automatically into your rfactor2 software upon purchase.

KartSim Pro Software
KartSim Pro runs on the rFactor 2 platform (PC).

You will need to:
Install rFactor 2 on your PC (via Steam).

Send your Steam 64 ID to the email address provided in your order confirmation.

You can find your Steam 64 ID in your Steam account settings or using an online lookup tool.

Once received, your Steam ID will be submitted to rFactor 2 for activation.

After activation, the KartSim Pro software will automatically download into the Steam account registered on your PC.
