KartSim Software

KartSim delivers state-of-the-art karting simulation software, developed using the highest quality LiDAR and telemetry data to recreate kart circuits and vehicle dynamics with exceptional realism. Whether you're a professional driver, a coach, or a dedicated enthusiast, KartSim’s software offers a powerful tool for improving performance, learning new tracks, and refining racecraft—all from the comfort of your simulator.

Using industry-leading scanning technology, KartSim faithfully reproduces every bump, camber change, and kerb found on real-world tracks. Each circuit is developed in meticulous detail to ensure a true-to-life driving experience that mirrors the conditions of actual kart racing.

KartSim simulation software features an extensive and growing range of laser-scanned kart tracks and data-accurate kart models across the UK, Europe, and North America. These are available to purchase and download directly through our website and are compatible with the highly acclaimed rFactor2 simulation platform.

Originally released in October 2017, KartSim’s software has evolved significantly through continuous development and feedback from professional drivers, race teams, and simulation experts. Today, it includes a wide variety of kart classes—from Bambino to Senior—and an expanding library of renowned circuits used in national and international karting championships.

Whether you're training for a race weekend or just starting your journey in karting simulation, KartSim software is widely regarded as the most realistic and reliable solution available on the market.

At KartSim, we pride ourselves on offering the most realistic and professionally crafted karting circuits available in simulation today. Our library includes over 75 real-world karting tracks, each meticulously developed to provide a true-to-life driving experience for drivers of all levels—from Bambino to professional competitors.

Where available, our circuits are built using advanced LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) data, the same technology used in surveying and mapping industries. This data is typically collected from aerial views, enabling us to capture fine-grain surface detail, including track contours, elevation changes, camber angles, surface texture, and even the smallest kerbs and bumps.

The result is a virtual track that mirrors its real-world counterpart with unparalleled precision, allowing drivers to practice and prepare as if they were actually on-site. This level of detail is particularly valuable for driver development, coaching, and race preparation—giving users the confidence that every turn, braking zone, and apex behaves just like the real thing.

All tracks are developed for use within the rFactor2 simulation platform, and are fully compatible with KartSim Pro Software packages including the UK, EU, North America, and Ultimate global bundles.

Whether you're looking to master your local circuit or compete on international layouts, KartSim gives you access to a comprehensive library of world-class karting venues—all from your simulator.

Our kart models are developed using real life telemetry data, engine dyno data, and tyre specification data.

Each kart has been tested and verified by numerous professional kart drivers and the telemetry data from the virtual kart has been cross referenced to the telemetry data of the real kart counterpart to ensure the highest possible level of accuracy.

This meticulous attention to detail provides the highest possible realism and driver feel, which is why KartSim Pro software provides the best available karting simulation software for the karting industry.
