All drivers MUST read, understand and agree to our disclaimer BEFORE being allowed to take part in motorsport activities with KartSim ProKart.

Acknowledgement of Risk

I understand that by participating in motorsports activities with KartSim ProKart, I am exposing myself to serious injury, disablement and potential loss of life.

By taking part youacknowledge that you do so voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.

As such, I agree to accept that KartSim ProKart can not be held responsible for injuries or loss of life due to my participation in motorsports activities.

Fitness and Wellbeing

I can confirm that I am in good health and not suffering from any serious conditions/ illnesses that would prevent me from safely operating a Go-Kart such as a heart condition, back problems and epilepsy etc.

I confirm that my eyesight is up to the standard for a road driving test and I am not currently pregnant.

Alcohol and Drugs

KartSim Prokart follows an extremely strict no alcohol or drugs policy therefore I (client) confirm that I have not consumed any alcohol or drugs in the past 24 hours.

I agree to being asked if I am suspected of being under the influence, and I appreciate that if I am found to be, I will be removed from the karting event without a refund as I have not adhered to the policy that is set in place.

Unacceptable Behaviour

I understand that my participation in motorsports activities with KartSim ProKart may be terminated if my behaviour or actions are deemed to be dangerous by KartSim ProKart or venue staff, in which case no will be refunded.

Go-Kart Damages

I confirm that if I damage the Go-Kart or any of its individual components that I am liable for the cost of replacement and labour costs of the repair.

The time it takes to repair the equipment will come out of the time that has been paid for.

Safety

I will attend the safety briefing before being allowed to drive, I will always follow instructions from KartSim ProKart and venue staff, failure to do so may result in your session being terminated with no refund given.
